Why I love Pole Dancing

Each and every day I am pleasantly surprised by the way I feel while utilizing pole dancing as a method of staying in shape, teaching my students or free styling in my studio. I get a thrill with pole dancing that I've never experienced with any other form of dance. It's like a graceful walk or a sensual dance that is yet elegant and amazing, and each time it gets better. It's like girl time with your best friend, or shopping at your favorite store. There are just not many ways to describe an art form that can sculpt your body, enhance your self-confidence and renew your mind like pole dancing has done for me. When I do it, I feel happy and strong. But the best is when I've seen the look on a students face, after she has evoked her sexier side once more. The look on her face and the excitement in the air is priceless!
